Dinner Course

“Yuki” Vegetable Omakase – ¥22,000

The “Yuki” course begins with a seasonal appetizer, followed by two live prawns. Guests can then enjoy nine varieties of seasonal vegetables. The meal concludes with our signature kakiage of shrimp, scallops, and mitsuba, served with your choice of tendon, tencha, or tenbara.

“Tsuki” Seasonal Omakase – ¥19,800

This dinner course offers the most balanced experience of seasonal flavors. It begins with a seasonal appetizer, followed by two live prawns, and continues with the finest seasonal ingredients selected for you to enjoy at their peak. The meal concludes with our signature shrimp and scallop kakiage.

“Hana” Course – ¥16,500

A course designed to let you savor the essence of the seasons. Begin with a seasonal small dish, followed by two live tiger prawns. Enjoy a selection of seasonal ingredients that we recommend at their peak, culminating with a tempura fritter of prawn and scallops.

“Tokusen” Tengenen Omakase – ¥30,000

A premium course meticulously curated by Tengenen to highlight the finest seasonal flavors.

“Kaede” – ¥7,700

Exclusively available during lunchtime, the “Kaede” course is perfect for those who wish to savor authentic tempura at a relaxed midday pace.
